Central Texas College has appointed Jill VanZee to the role of chief human resources officer, a move that brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources to the institution. In her new position, VanZee will oversee all human resources functions for the college, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Before joining Central Texas College, VanZee held senior HR roles in the health care sector, where she managed large teams and implemented policies for diverse workforces.
