The SMART Transportation Division's Empowerment, Education, and Engagement Committee, known as the E-3 Committee, has updated its poster library for the third time since the program began. These new additions are designed to help local officers share important information with their members more effectively.
The poster library is a free resource that gives local leaders access to ready-made flyers on a variety of topics. The latest batch includes materials focused on member education, covering subjects like workplace rights, safety procedures, and union benefits. By placing these posters in break rooms, meeting halls, and other common areas, officers can keep the workforce informed without relying solely on digital communication.
The committee encourages all local officers to take advantage of the updated collection. Orders for the new flyers are now being accepted. The goal is to make sure every member has access to clear, accurate information that helps them understand their rights and responsibilities on the job.
