Baton Rouge Schools Seek Competitive Salary Revisions

The East Baton Rouge Parish school system is taking significant steps to enhance its salary structure by investing $59,500 in a consulting firm. This initiative aims to simplify and improve the current salary schedules, which currently span an extensive 83 pages.
